OTW ILM bus is incredible! Julie showed up on time. Had playlists ready with fav genres and songs. We hired her for my husbands bday self guided pub tour! She kept us on time. There was a cooler full of cold water for us to drink between stops!Great driver, comfy bus, amazing sound system. This was by far more than I expected and beyond exceptional service!! I should have known as weve used her car service repeatedly!When you are planning a team night, bachelorette party, girls night or lads night this is your car service!!!!

OTW LLC is the only way to travel. Julie has taken us on many trips and its an adventure every time. Whether we are using her Black Car Service or book the party bus its always a great time and an even better experience. She responds to requests quickly and goes above and beyond to accommodate your travels needs. She keeps you updated on pick up and drop off times. Unlike Uber you have a guaranteed arrival and pick up time and with the surges prices she hits the mark if not comes under it. None of that would matter to me though because you cant put a price on experience and quality of service. I would recommend OTW LLC a 100 hundred times over. PLEASE if you havent booked with them DO IT! You wont regret it!

OTW ILM is the only way to go!!!Julie drove the party bus to WNC for my daughter graduation celebration, which made it absolutely EPIC!! And very handy when the thunder storm rolled in to bunker down during the wait!!Julie also drove my daughter and friend to a concert in Raleigh and boy was I a happy mama knowing she was in good hands with OTW ILM!!You cant get any better!!! Peace of mind and great entertainment as a bonus!If you need a ride OTW ILM better be your first call! I know its mine!!

Julie is the best! My friends booked her for my bachelorette day, and we have used her for other rides to and from parties and its a whole vibe yall! Shes super reliable and has even gone out of her way to help me with my mother who needed a ride when I was out of town. Highly recommend her for all your transportation needs! If I could give her 100 stars, I would!
