- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can check out our flat-rate pricing by visiting our website. We offer a 30% discount for monthly cleaning and a 40% discount for weekly/every 2 weeks. Also, ask us if we are are running any additional discounts. No hidden fees or surprises
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief phone call to gather your information, talk about the cleaning service, and answer any questions that you have. This is your opportunity to tell us which areas are most important for you or what specific requests you have (like, don't look directly into my cats eyes!)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have been through a 5-step screening process, are experienced cleaners, and have passed a background check!
