- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is subjective and and unique to each client. Base prices provided in-app are not final and require a proper estimate to be conducted prior to services rendered. **I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Life surely does happen, however, everyone’s time is valuable. To ensure I am delegating mine appropriately, I require 48 hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling. **New clients will be subject to a scheduling deposit that will go towards the final cost of services. This deposit shall be returned in the event of a cancellation that is requested within the above mentioned cancellation policy timeline. **Habitual violations of this policy will result in termination of services and loss of schedule deposits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an in-depth walk through and discuss the time frame and estimate for an initial deep clean.
