Chris was excellent in regard to his knowledge in being to identify the problem, fix the problem and guiding us through steps that would enable us to avoid this problem in the future. He was punctual and very professional throughout the process to instill confidence in us for his work and for his solution. He texted and called in advance of the appointment so we knew when to expect him. He worked quietly and fixed our washer problems and took the time to walk us through out what he did and why, He left us with knowledge that would aid us in future years and we decided that we would definitely call him again with any appliance problems. We were definitely pleased with his work and would recommend him to any and all future customers.

I felt very comfortable with the repairman. He looked at the situation, saw that I needed a hose, and said he would order it immediately for me. My repair was not an urgent matter and have no issue waiting for return.

I found the service and advice extremely helpful. My mower was repaired quickly, and advice was given to prolong the current battery since this machine is not used regularly. I highly recommend Chris.

Chris from Sanderson's Home Improvement was a pleasure to work with and honest. My washer drum was giving off sparks and he suggested that it may be time for a new machine (guess so since it is 17 yrs old). All correspondence was via messages and was greatly appreciated! He even went above and beyond to suggest brands of washers I should look at! Thank you!!
