We thought we had a rotting porch post that was going to need replaced. David came over within days, assessed the post and determined replacement was unnecessary. Instead of taking advantage, he told us it would be a quick and easy fix, very reasonable on the price, and would take care of the issues right in that moment. We appreciated the candor and not trying to gouge us on cost. Would use his services again as a result.

We contacted Precision Home to repair broken glass at our home in Kure Beach. Our first request was responded to within 20-30 minutes and a visit was scheduled to look at the window to be repaired. Parts were ordered and installed quickly and I was kept informed with progress updates throughout the process. I especially appreciated the great communication as I was not at home during any of the upfront discussions or when the repair was done. They sent a pic of the finished work to let me see how it all turned out. Highly recommend!!!
