“If you need Heat pump / AC REPAIR DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THIS COMPANY. I am so impressed with them! I am a senior citizen F. Last week I had fulford come out because my Heatpump wasn’t working. My son (AC guy who lives in OK) felt like it was the fan. Fulford quoted me almost 1800 stating a fan AND it needed pressure switches, Freon plus. This is after they said it was my thermostat and replaced it for an outrageous price ( taking my old one with them -so who knows?) my son said it couldn’t be the switches if I had air blowing out inside the house - said to contact someone else. Found Southern Air through ‘Nextdoor’. Sure glad I did. Less than half the cost later ( including a yearly maintenance) I have heat and AC. Very prompt VERY PROFESSIONAL. Couldn’t be better. Small company with great ethics.”

Josh with Southern Air was the best experience with an HVAC company I’ve had in Wilmington. Josh was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained to me exactly what the issue was, and how to prevent it in the future by signing up for a maintenance plan. I highly recommend southern air and getting on a maintenance contract!
