- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer residential and commercial maintenance plans. These plans include discounted service call pricing, 24 hour response time, and a 10% discount on repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself as well as tell them a little bit about myself and our business. Ask questions concerning their issue. Explain the problem so anyone can understand. Lastly, get to know the customer; their hobbies, interests, and family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 years of experience in the field. I have EPA certification, Journeyman's licenses, as well as many manufacturers' certifications.
