Introduction

Health and Fitness have been a long time passion of mine. I enjoy working with others and helping them meet their fitness goals, whatever that may be. I have a very fun and upbeat personality to help cheer you on throughout the process! Nothing makes me happier than to help those around me. I am also proud to say that I hold two fitness certifications through ACE Fitness and NASM. I am also a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Women's Fitness Specialist, and a Weight Loss Management Specialist.

First off I want to say to anybody who is looking for a personal trainer but is scared to get started, you found the right person. Amber has been the best trainer I could have ever imagined, when I first started I was nervous of looking like I knew nothing, but amber has been so patient and supportive through it all. I’ve learned so much just in the little time I’ve been with her and I feel better than I ever have before, not only does she listen to the things you want to accomplish in her gym, she makes those goals come to life. She will push you to ur limit but in the best way possible, she makes you exceed ur own expectations. She will never put too much on you and she makes that very clear everyday, I was given a food list that was incredibly helpful learning what to eat when losing weight and gaining muscle! There is no other trainer I would recommend, not only is it a comfortable place but it’s professional and welcoming. Even on my rest days I can’t wait until I go back, and feeling that way about a gym.. well that says a lot ❤️!

I want to take a minute to thank Amber for not only being a great trainer, but also a great person who cares about her clients and their health and fitness goals. Since I have been going to my workouts, I feel so much better. Amber is very knowledgeable about nutrition and her clients individual needs. I can’t express how much I value her expertise. My daughter and I will continue to go to Dawn Athletics for as long as she is open. I have lost weight and excited to see what the future holds for me because of Amber. She is a friend and my health mentor.

My girlfriend and I take a doubles/couples class twice a week and we love it. Amber is a great trainer. She tailors your workout to your goals while nurturing a safe and fun environment. Highly recommended!

Dawn Athletics provided me with an exceptional personal training experience! Amber is by far the best trainer in the area. She was very accommodating with her workouts (due to my previous injuries) and made a workout plan specifically for my needs. Amber was very patient, made sure I was using the correct form and also very motivating. I will definitely return for future personal training sessions with Amber at Dawn Athletics.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we will spend our first session getting to know one another. I will go through a questionnaire with you to get to know your fitness goals and past history. After going through the questionnaire and some assessments, I will then design a program tailored to fit your desired result.
