Mr. Speller responded immediately. He was familiar with the problem (forgot password) that we were having with the HIK Vision cameras and the procedure to fix them. Mr. Speller arrived ahead of schedule and went to work immediately to get the cameras up and running. He confirmed the issue and contacted the HIK Vision customer service to reset the cameras. The company's customer service was agonizing slow as it took hours for them to respond. Mr. Speller continued to update us on what was going on and explained what he was doing. Once the company responded, Mr. Speller had the cameras up and running quickly. We got the video feed back! Mr. Speller did an outstanding job! He's our first choice for any video/camera needs.
