I’ve been in the Culinary industry for 20 years, graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and worked for The Ritz Carlton, many privately owned fine dining restaurants and catering companies along the east coast. I’ve traveled to multiple countries in Europe and love to create globally inspired dishes.
I am passionate about creating delicious, nutritious (and sometimes just good old comfort food!) meals for my clients.

I highly recommend Chef Feliciti for all your culinary needs. I had a few requirements due to some health and allergy concerns of my 10 guests, but other than that I wanted to give her free range on the courses. She was very thorough and enthusiastic on the ideas she had for us. She put together the perfect menu and we were all very pleased with the delicious results this talented and knowledgeable chef placed in front of us. She also left my kitchen spotless!
