I’ve been in the Culinary industry for 20 years, graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and worked for The Ritz Carlton, many privately owned fine dining restaurants and catering companies along the east coast. I’ve traveled to multiple countries in Europe and love to create globally inspired dishes. I am passionate about creating delicious, nutritious (and sometimes just good old comfort food!) meals for my clients.
