Charles installed 2 lights and a new ceiling fan/light. He was professional, on time, careful in all he installed, and made sure the job was 100% complete. I had forgotten to get a light box cover, and he hung with the job until I could run to Lowes and back. He also made sure I understood how the remote ceiling fan worked as this was my first (always had manual pull strings before). The lights look fantastic!! Will definitely reach out to him for any future projects. Thank you, Charles!

After creating my project on Thumbtack, I was sent an email telling me what professionals were available to be hired. I first contacted Mr. Preddy on October 8, after several attempts and re-schedules last contact was on November 3, 2018 my project never got off the ground. I'm not going to say anything negative just that I wish we could have completed this one.

I had to reschedule our appointment due to a family tragedy I had to reschedule our appointment. I let Jimmie know the night before the new appointment I would be there. The morning of I let Jimmie know I was on the way, I get to his house after a 40 mile drive to find he is a no show. Just yesterday I still let him know I'm available to come again today and he 1 star reviews me. Stay away from this one guys
