- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base pricing usually covers a 2-hour minimum. We work with each customer on a case by case basis to ensure you receive the most quality service that fits your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as a customer reaches out to us we respond via in app messenger - providing general information and pricing. We set up a consultation call to finalize service details. Finally we complete the requested service(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team members and I have a collective 20 years experience. We are professional drivers, movers and customer service representatives.
