FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very subjective. Every job is different, we go off a job by job basis. This means, the hourly rate in most cases won’t apply as that is purely a reference point. The pricing of a job depends on many factors. Distance of travel, material cost, sales tax, time it takes to do the work, difficulty of work itself, time it takes to price project from start to completion, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know who they are and what they are looking to get done while finding solutions that will best suit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied construction management at Wake Tech, graduating with my associates degree in that field of study. Worked many years in the construction field even before I was properly hired by anyone.
