FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“Quotes we provide to customers include everything—no hidden fees!” Customers should know that pricing is typically based on the volume of junk being removed, the type of items, and the labor involved. It’s important to get a clear, upfront quote and understand our cost include landfill disposal costs, which are $61.50 per ton with a $20-$40 minimum in some locations, as well as gas and employee labor charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple: we start with a free estimate, schedule a time for pickup, and then handle all the heavy lifting and disposal. Once the job is done, we make sure the area is clean, and the client only pays for what we remove.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have formal education specific to junk removal, but I bring hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic from my background as a Marine. These skills help me run an efficient and reliable business.
