Josh is absolutely wonderful! He repaired my brother’s rotten floor joists, sub-flooring, and linoleum and was willing to work with me a little over 2 hours away to arrange it. My brother was just home from 2 weeks in ICU and Josh was great working around all the health workers schedules. He even took photos to share with my brother so he could see all the progress and finished product from the hospital bed. He thoroughly inspected the problem area and detailed what was needed. His written estimate was also very detailed. If you need something repaired and you want it done right I highly recommend Josh!
