What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do free consultations, go over a plan that works best for the customer, go over pricing and discuss option's. Then we set a date when customer is ready for me to start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got over 15 years of experience. I am also finishing classes at Columbia University for certifications in Construction Management. I'm always willing to learn more. I also have a mentor that I have worked with and in process of other certifications as well.
