We operate as a labor-only company, which means clients are responsible for purchasing materials directly. This approach ensures full price transparency, so you know exactly where your money is going while maintaining control over material choices and costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At TURSOBUILDS, our process begins by truly listening and absorbing the information provided by the client to fully understand their vision. If needed, we assist with the design process, helping to bring their ideas to life. From there, we set realistic expectations regarding timelines and deliverables and then move quickly into execution. We know that a new build or remodel can feel overwhelming, so our goal is to lessen the load immediately, guiding clients through every step to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
