FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several different packages to fill your needs as well as fit your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I like to meet in person right away to discuss all the ideas, share some of mine as well, write down a lot of notes to get every detailof the event. I hand them a questionairre that I would like to have back a month before the event. We constantly corespond the entire time with email, phone calls or texts if the client has more ideas or if i want to share new ideas that I have come up with. We meet again a month prior to the event, we lay out the game plan, go over the questionairre and make sure we both know what the expectation is for the end result. Then we meet maybe a day or two before the big event at the actually location, so I can get a sense of the lighting, the atmosphere and maybe meet some of the importnat people involved that I may need to focus on or ask to wear a mic during the filming. Then on the actual day my crew and I arrive an hour early to set up, get out all of our state of the art equiptment...so we can make magic happen!
