While I did not choose to start the project at this time, he was very punctual and responded to Inquiries within 15-20 minutes max. Was also very transparent in what it would take to get the job completed and asked questions to help accurately understand the scope of the job. Definitely plan to use when we start the project.

Bob did a great job on our unfinished basement. Within 4 weeks of starting work he had completely finished the job. He finished on time and under budget, as promised. He was very responsive to questions and needs throughout the process and communicated well. He helped us navigate a challenging situation with our HVAC unit and how best to tie in our existing system with the new finished space. We have thoroughly enjoyed having the extra space to host kids' events, youth groups, and a clean/conditioned space to play ping-pong, foosball, and watch sports/movies.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only do one job at a time and don't take multiple jobs we can't complete on time. We only do work that requires building permits and inspections.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with phone interview. We get many calls from good folks who honestly need a handyman rather than a licensed General Contractor to do their job. Many questions can be handled over the phone and we are more than happy to answer them for you without a field visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unlimited building contractors license in both commercial and residential work.
