- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $69 dispatch fee to come to your home and consult with you about your electrical issue. We give you upfront pricing for any repairs or installations and if you proceed with work, the $69 dispatch fee is waived. We offer After Hours/Holiday Emergency Electrical Service also for an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you book online I will reach out to you via phone call to confirm booking information and to ask additional questions pertaining to work. I will also call you when on my way to let you know my eta.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a few vocational courses for electrical code in preparation for the electrical contractor exam. Most of my knowledge comes from first hand experience over the past 18 years
