I have been personal training since 1998. Owned my own gym/bootcamps since 2011. I’m currently an independent trainer that passionate about helping individuals of all fitness levels accomplish their health and wellness goals vía in person or remote. I can say without reservation that investing in Darryl Dunning Personal Training services has been one of the best decisions I ever made. I quickly realized he has a passion not only for wanting to help people with their fitness goals, but also for providing them with the tools to be successful. His nutritional knowledge and guidance has been key to my success. He really does go above and beyond to do whatever he can to help his clients realize their goals. The workouts are challenging and done in a safe friendly atmosphere. He is always there with words of encouragement to help you get the most out of every session. He takes the time to listen to what’s important to you as a client and then applies it to my workout. This was especially important when it came to correcting my form during workouts and helping me realize the areas of my body where I need to become stronger. The best advice I could offer to anyone who trains with him is simple: Listen to what he has to say! He has an incredible foundation of knowledge, really cares and really wants his clients to succeed !
