- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please call for a quote as pricing may vary depending on type of engagement, hours played, travel, etc. I'm always happy to work with customers to find a solution that meets their budget. A small upfront deposit may be required with full payment due immediately after a performance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is pretty straight-forward. I ask questions to get to know customers and details of the event they're planning. Next step is to contact the musicians for availability and coordinate schedules. After this is achieved (usually within 24 hours), I follow-up with the customer with for further details and present a proposal. Once hired, I stay in touch with customers to address any changes that might arise prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Decades of live performances, including recordings for Rock and Gospel artists; studied music theory in college; trained at a Nashville Song Writers Association clinic; received extensive sales, marketing and customer service training during my long banking career.
