Schwartz Land Improvements did an amazing job clearing my land and making me one step closer to my dream of building a small house for me and my service dogs and a tiny house or two for homeless veterans with pets. The land I bought was grassy weeds on the right half and trees, bushes and evil evil thorns on the left half. I wasn’t sure if it was possible to even walk in the thorny section but it is thanks to Schwartz Land Improvement. I can’t be any happier with the results and can’t wait to start construction. If you need your land cleared or cleaned up I definitely recommend Schwartz Land Improvement they are a pleasure to work with and affordable with excellent results no matter how difficult the job. If I need more of the thorny vines cleared in the future from the area I left natural then I know just who to hire: Schwartz Land Improvement 😁

Great experience with Schwartz Land Improvement Nathan arrived on time and worked hard from start to finish. He cut and removed about two trees that had fallen in my yard. After cutting and removal he took care to blow the lawn clean and raise the grass that was flat from the machine . Nathan was professional, courteous, and the pricing was fair considering the quality of work. I would highly recommend Schwartz Land Improvement to anyone in need of tree removal services.

Our experience with Schwartz Land Improvement was outstanding! We requested that an old chain link fence and the embedded vines be removed. Nathan was exceptionally good with communication for both the quote and when he could do our project. We had a little unpredictable issue during the project and Nathan was quick to show us, give us our options and his recommendations. His work was efficient and he was particular about the clean-up. Within a few hours, we had neighbors coming by to complement the work and asking for his name.
