- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer Full Service Listings, this has you covered from prep to close! The commission is Earned once the home officially sells. The listing fee includes both the list fee and the buyer agent fee. These can vary from 5% to 7% As noted above, the seller of a home pays the realtor fees from their proceeds, so as a buyer, you will not be charged for hiring me as your exclusive buyer agent. Again, the commission is earned on the final sale of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We schedule a time to meet via Phone, Zoom, or in person. (I love to meet over a lunch, dinner, or coffee!) This provides time to get to know one another. I get to know my clients so that I can provide the unique experience they are looking for. If you're new to the area, your experience will need a different approach than if you're already familiar. 2. We create a time line and plan to reach your specific home buying goals and get to work! 3. Home Tours, Neighborhood tours, and finally offering on a home! 4. I've got the negotiations handled so you can rest easy, I have a collaborative mind set and work well with other agents for a successful turnout. Should things get a little rocky, I've got a team of pros behind me to get you through. 😉
