- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic fees are listed, but those fees may vary depending on the state of the home at walkthrough.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to understand what the customer’s primary objective is in hiring a cleaner. I love it when clients really communicate what’s bothering them. Is it dusty ceiling fans, grimy baseboards, or a stained tub? Honest communication means the things that matter most to YOU get done. I like to spend enough time in the initial walkthrough to know what expectations are…then exceed them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent quite a bit of time learning how to do things largely hands-on, but also reading about best practices and watching videos to learn how to be more efficient. I take pride in my abilities and the products I use. I also am active on cleaning advice forums, often giving advice, but sometimes learning as well!
