- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will depend on the status of the property, the rental price of the property, and mortgage the home owner pays monthly. This will reduce the stress on the homeowner, while still giving the property its proper value on the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Obtain address of the property and give rental estimate to the home owner. - Give understanding of my services and send Homeowner Agreement for signature - Take pictures & video and place property on the market - Screen, verify, and move tenants onto the property after necessary paperwork and payments have been completed and received - Process payments and ensure maintenance is conducted - Turn-over rate is eliminated with 90-day, 60-day, 30-day warnings to agent, tenant(s), and homeowner(s).

- Licensed through NCREC - CE through NCREC - Communication and negotiation skills through US Military education and experience - Marketing skills through computer and software training
