Miguel at Horizon Gutters was responsive and knowledgeable during the quoting process. He was reasonable and not pushy like other companies can be, making the overall process smooth and stress free. During the installation he and his crew identified that the support board had rotted and needed replacing. He was careful to investigate deeper to make sure there was no additional damage. He replaced these boards with new, painted-to-match boards and completed the installation within the same day. I couldn't be happier with the results. We've already had a large thunderstorm and the gutters and guards did their job! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gutter replacement!

Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job for our house. He was upfront of his recommendations, reasonable in cost, and was very professional. During his estimate, he noticed there might be wood rot on the front of our house, which turned out to be true, and replaced it during the gutter installation. He also accommodated our request to not have downspouts go through our existing deck. I would recommend his work to anyone that needs new or replaced gutters!

I was very impressed with Miguel Oritz/New Horizon Gutters, Inc. His professionalism and quick responses to my initial estimate request and subsequent questions were outstanding and very much appreciated. The newly installed gutters with micro-mesh gutter guards are absolutely beautiful - the result of the excellent and diligent workmanship of Mr. Ortiz and his crew. And last, but not least, the cost of the gutters and gutter guards was quite affordable!! My overall experience with Mr. Ortiz/New Horizon Gutters, Inc. was fabulous which was unexpected and rather refreshing.
