- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the wide range of furniture types and furniture construction it is not possible to offer a standard pricing on repairs, however with a good description of the issue and/or pictures I can provide a price range and before I start any work you will know what the final price will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact the customer and get a good understanding of their problem and the desired outcome. I will then provide them with an initial estimate and let them know if the repair can be done onsite or if I will need to take the item back to my shop. At that point we can establish a convenient time and proceed with the work
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with residential and commercial customers.
