- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not to complicated. I have my fees listed on my web site. If you do not itemize (do not own a home) I charge $200. If you do itemize I charge $242. If we can get by with the EZ form it is $95. If you have a business on your personal return my fee is an additional $103. Other forms are $60 and some are free. We e-file for free. We will even have your refund direct deposited for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most client visit our office. We have clients all over the US so many use our secure portal or mail their information to us. We like to spend about an hour visiting with you to find additional items we can use on your tax returns. We do have a time line on our website with more information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in Accounting with concentration in Tax. I take class June through Dec. to keep up with the latest deductions and credits. I am certified by the IRS to handle your tax returns. I am also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, certified Payroll Specialist, and certified Bookkeeper.
