- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, find out more details of what their cleaning needs are then communicate and let them know what to expect thru the whole process. This helps build trust. After, the cleaning walk them thru what they needed us to clean and show them some of the things we went out of the way to clean. This breeds 2x the amount of appreciation and lets them know we care about there home and business.

We were asked, if we would be interested in cleaning the church we attended. We ended up cleaning for 7 years.
