- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to set a fee based on the project, rather than hourly, but are willing to discuss an hourly rate in some instances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat to get an idea of what cleaning services you need and explain what we include in a deep clean or general clean. We find out specifics, such as size, to give you the best estimate, preferably in person but this could be via phone or email initially.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive on-the-job training from supervisors and learning through experiences, and also have completed a professional training course for owning/operating a cleaning business.
