I am a retired, disabled. I contacted Carolina Trophy Roofers about replacing the original tin roof on a 114 year old house I inherited because they were a top rated company. They did not let me down! Brandon, who completed the inspection, was friendly and very professional. Once the original tin was removed we found much more damage than was anticipated. Harley came to discuss the additional required materials and labor. He said exactly what he was thinking: something that I appreciated. He was fair in pricing the amount above the original contracted price. The installation and repair crews were miracle workers. The job was completed in 2-1/2 days. They guaranteed the quality of materials and workmanship and did not compromise at all. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty which qualifies them as heroes in my world.

Carl and Harley are phenomenal!! I arranged this service remotely for my senior mother, because she was having such poor luck with other companies overcharging or not showing up. Carl and Harley were so responsive, and charged a fair value for great work! Thank you for doing such a great job installing gutters for my mom, and being so kind and pleasant to work with! Due to storm damage, I had to have the roof on my home replaced. Harley from Carolina Trophy Roofs contacted me about doing the replacement very quickly after posting an inquiry on thumbtack. I tried contacting a larger company and still am waiting on call back. Because Of the extra information provided to walk you through the process, Applying Tarp that stayed on the roof for free to prevent further damage prior to getting the contract and completing the roof job in a day once after I had the ok from insurance company I hired Carolina Trophy to do the work and glad that. They listened to my concerns and answered the questions I had due to never dealing with a claim on the house. Harley came out to meet with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything would be covered with the repair. Rusty the owner came out to review process of what they would be doing and what they needed us to do with cars the day of installing of roof. They were a good company to work with. Due to the amount of extra work they do to make sure you are taken care of before doing the project they do make you sign a contract to say you will work with them and not go off after they provide you with information you need and work with another company that states you will have to pay them 500 dollars if you do so. At first I thought this was a bit concerning, however they did do more communication than some of the larger companies in shorter time frames.

My experience with Carolina Trophy roofs was great. Austin worked diligently with my insurance company to get my roof covered. There were some setbacks due to COVID illnesses, but the end result was worth waiting for. I dealt with Austin, Adam & George and all were personal and professional at all times. Working with this company was made easy by there professionalism and responsiveness. I had a small issue after the roof work was done. After notifying the company they came out and fixed the issue right away. Harley was great to work with during this process of my home roof repair here in Youngsville NC.
