- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very fair and understanding. We will work around and negotiate with our customers if the need were to arise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete a discovery call, schedule a time for visit with our technician, Upon arrival we will make sure everything is included in the quote, we will send a quote/invoice automated to an email (We will print an invoice; only if needed. We would like to remain paperless) Payments are as easy a 1-2-3! Check or Credit preferred
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has a B.A in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She has been in sales and service for over 10 years with a Stunning Track record with her customers. Our technician has 4+ years experience and SUPERB Customer Service experience. We never leave a customer without knowing our work is complete to the fullest!
