Valente was on time and very professional. He was knowledgeable and comfortable working on our dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem and gave a few options for repair. we ended up having to order a part which V took care of and then returned later to replace that part. I would highly recommend Battle Ready!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $85 service fee and if hired it is waived. Then it is a hourly rate of $85. I have a $65 cancellation fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You ask them their name and what is the problem they’re having. Also where they are located and what is the best time to make appointment so I can resolve their issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for appliance repair company for four years. I’ve took classes and courses online to further my education in appliance repair. Was trained by seasoned appliance tech technician.
