He came on short notice and didn’t flinch when he found I had ordered the wrong part. He tried to retrofit the part but it would not work….. so the old noisy fan motor was put back in the freezer and has been working quietly like a champ!!! Will hire again if I have appliance issues.

I have a $85 service fee and if hired it is waived. Then it is a hourly rate of $85. I have a $65 cancellation fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You ask them their name and what is the problem they’re having. Also where they are located and what is the best time to make appointment so I can resolve their issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for appliance repair company for four years. I’ve took classes and courses online to further my education in appliance repair. Was trained by seasoned appliance tech technician.
