I am so satisfied with Battle Ready Repairs. He already had 5 star reviews. My Samsung washer needed some repair. He came just on time, identified the problem, gave me estimate. The next day he came on time and fixed the problem.I noticed my dryer also needed some repair, it was not drying.Upon asking, he easily identified the problem, got the parts and repaired both my washer and dryer the same day.I surely would recommended his service! Valente was prompt in responding, both to my initial request, and when addressing my issue. Super respectful of the property and my questions, and worked quickly to get the heart of the problem. I especially appreciate that even though the issue turned out to be simple, he offered to stand by the repair and return if it happened again. Will definitely hire him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $85 service fee and if hired it is waived. Then it is a hourly rate of $85. I have a $65 cancellation fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You ask them their name and what is the problem they’re having. Also where they are located and what is the best time to make appointment so I can resolve their issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for appliance repair company for four years. I’ve took classes and courses online to further my education in appliance repair. Was trained by seasoned appliance tech technician.
