The shrubs I wanted removed had pretty deep roots. Claudio asked about potential cables or pipes that may interfere, which I hadn’t thought about and was a good question. I requested the city mark them in order to continue. He also asked if we had authorization to do the work since it is a townhouse, which I confirmed we did. Another company I got an estimate from didn’t ask about either, and their estimate was significantly higher. Claudio and his son, Brandon, arrived on time fir both the estimate and the work. They completed the work to our satisfaction, removing all debris. It took them a bit more effort and horsepower to fully pull the shrubs out so I paid them a little more than their estimate, which I suspected might have been low. I would use Cruz Lawn Care again if the need arises.

Cruz was excellent to work with. They were very responsive and always on time. When the job was finished and not quite right, they came back to make sure I was completely satisfied. Their attitude and work ethic was very refreshing in this day and time.

The team came out to clean up and add pine needles to the flower beds and shrubs. Beautiful landscaping and I didn’t have to break the bank. Highly recommend.

They did not arrive at the appointment time scheduled. Not a really big issue. They did an excellent job!, and was very professional. Haven't seen my front and back yards look so good.... in a long time. Will call use Cruz Lawn Care again, and again!
