Hired Jay with STL Services to help install an attic ladder. Jay and I worked together to install a Fakro scissor ladder. It took longer than expected, and I was no longer able to help Jay. The project was “completed” but it was crooked and I was not able to seal the ladder with trim. I let him know I was disappointed and he came back for 30 minutes to try and fix it. He tried to rig it in place without removing and reinstalling. It didn’t work. So he told me to reschedule again. He hasn’t returned my attempts to get ahold of him. Additionally, he left messes behind him both times. There was debris all over that I had to clean up.

My only good experience on here so far. He responded quickly. Was so professional and respectful. I don’t like shoes on my carpets but forgot to tell him and he told them off on his own. He also asked my input every step of the way and even though I didn’t know what I wanted/needed, I loved being asked. Definitely would work with him again! Great work!
