In an industry that does not always leave good impressions, if you are looking for a good human and also an amazing realtor, look no further than Steve. My family and I were trying to relocate from Texas to Raleigh and I happened to stumble upon Steve. I spoke to him a few times while also interviewing other realtors, and frankly, he was so above and beyond them it was never really a question.Steve set us up quickly in an online portal to be able to look at properties and answered any and all of my questions in depth. Steve is not only one of the talented realtors I have had the pleasure of talking to but one of the best professionals, period. He cares about his clients and the relationship he is building and is not looking for a quick commission. There were multiple properties he could have pushed on us that honestly fit most of our needs but he wanted to find the right home for us, even if that meant continuing to look for months. Steve responds to any communications quickly, is ready to visit a property that may fit your needs, and just has an amazing demeanor and personality.My story ends with us not being able to relocate to Raleigh due to other life circumstances getting in the way and one of the biggest disappointments in that was not being able to continue to work with Steve. Steve was recommended by a close friend and I am trilled I switched realtors to work with him. This was my first time buying and I knew I would need extensive guidance, particularly having relocated from out of state where the system is a little different. That, and I might add that I am extremely picky and particular. Steve was very patient, went above and beyond in taking time to explain things to me as well as understand what exactly would fit my wants/needs and budget. I was lucky to work with someone who talked me off a few ledges and made a point to also make sure I would not end up over my head. I love to schedule an in-person meeting first so we can learn more about each other and make sure we'll work well together. From there we'll discuss your goals and determine the best path forward to achieve them.

I am a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and have undergraduate and master's degrees in business administration.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first got involved and developed a passion for real estate through property management when I was in college. Property ownership has been a very fulfilling and rewarding part of my life, and I wanted to help others achieve the same results.
