- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes everything! No hidden extras! We will also beat any comparable quote, it you can find one. With each of our packages you will receive: Unlimited Photo Sessions and Pictures Props A full time attendant to help your guests. A personalized footer for your photo strips. 2 photo strips printed per session. 1 for the scrapbook and 1 for your guests (A great party favor for them to take home.) Additional prints when more than 2 people are in the booth so that everyone has a copy! Scrapbook An online gallery of all the pics from the night posted on our website (Optional).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we answer all of your questions, we will send you a contract to reserve your date! We usually require a $300 deposit, but are willing to work with you if the event date is close to the time of booking. Once the contract is signed, we will go over all the details with you (set up time, start time, end time, props, scrapbook, etc). We will also work with you to create a custom footer for the bottom of the photo strip.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the photo booth business of over 10 years and the wedding business for over 20 years! We understand the ins and outs of event planning and can help you in any way you need.
