- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients typically find that a package of six sessions allows for time to learn moves, build a routine, and have their bodies respond. This is also more economical. As part of your training package, you will have complete access to mobile workouts, recipes, and blog posts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 20-minute, complementary call to be sure we’re a match.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through AFAA and have my CPR/AED certification through the American Red Cross. I also studied exercise physiology classes at University of Connecticut and American University. In addition to personal training, I taught fitness classes for NYC gyms and corporations.
