- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a minimum of 4hr projects starting at $60/hr. We also provide packages for bigger projects that will require more time: 1. Joy package - 12hrs / $680.00 2. Serenity package - 24 hrs/ $1,300.00 3. Harmony package - 36 hrs/ $1,840.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introductory call- This is a free, no obligation call where I understand what are the current client's needs, what are the areas of the house or business that they want to work on and what are the things that are not working for them right now with their space design. 2. In Home Consultation - I visit the client, walk thru the space and recommend a plan and a goal for the organizing sessions. 3. Organizing sessions - In this stage, I collaborate with the client to determine what items will be tossed or donated. After we know the items that the client wants to keep I work on my own categorizing items, containing items and creating systems. The amount of hours will depend on the scope of the project.
