I'll begin by saying the that the entire staff at Paynter Law was responsive and professional. David Larson handled my case and could not have been more professional and communicative. He will take the time to actually listen to you and give you answers you can understand in layman's terms.If there are two pieces of advice I can give you. One, listen to the advice David gives you and two, be patient with your case. I would highly recommend David and the Paynter Law team for any personal injury representation.

The morning after I had an unfortunate encounter with a moving vehicle, I could think of only two things - that the phrase "felt like being hit by a car" was woefully inadequate to the actual experience, and that I needed to find legal representation as soon as possible. This can't be an easy process no matter the situation, but my experience with Paynter was great; even through some staff turnover that happened in the months that followed. I never felt like something was missed, and I'm pleased with the outcome.

We only work on a contingency basis. That means that we take a percentage, usually one-third, of anything that we recover either by settlement or trial. We advance 100% of the costs of litigation. If there is no recovery, then you owe us nothing.
