- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is up front and stated on the contract prior to your move. We include all taxes in our pricing, and we are very clear about any fees that would apply (ie. if you rent a TV box, get boxes packed upon arrival, use a credit card for payment, etc). We try to help our customers as much as possible be prepared for the expenses of moving, and are happy to assist along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every situation is different. Some customers communicate by email, phone, text, or even in person. We try to accommodate in any way we can. Moving is a stressful process, if we can help relieve any of the stress, we will!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
DC has been in the moving industry for over 20 years, he is thoroughly capable to handle any local, long distance, commercial move, or packing job. Your valuables are in safe hands as he personally is always a phone call away for any of the employees that may need guidance.
