- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set on an hourly basis with a 3 hour minimum. We offer highly competitive rates. Pricing can vary somewhat depending a a few factors including number of hours, distance driven and if additional services are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer provides us details on their transportation needs and we develop a plan to address all their wants and needs. Some groups have only one-way transportation needs, while others need are much more involved. We ask each new customer a series of questions to make sure we can meet all their individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 2 decades in the hospitality field with an emphasis on enhanced customer satisfaction.
