- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a friendly conversation—either over the phone or via Thumbtack—to learn more about your project and vision. From there, we schedule a free detailed on-site estimate (if needed), provide a clear and itemized quote, and walk you through color consultation and prep details. Once approved, we set project timelines and handle all aspects of prep, painting, and cleanup with minimal disruption to your home. Communication is key from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of highly trained professionals with decades of hands-on experience in residential and commercial painting. We stay current on the latest painting techniques, surface prep standards, and product innovations from leading brands like Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore.
