- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing for both one-time and ongoing recurring services, while also compensating all of our cleaners fairly (all of our cleaners are full-time W-2 employees with minimum compensation commitments so they can support their families). We're actively offering aggressive discounts for customers in our service area that are interested in recurring (weekly, bi-weekly, or every-4-week) services given this is our specialty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office staff prefers to spend a few minutes talking (via phone or text) with each client about their needs and preferences. Our team will clean each client home top-to-bottom, but it's always helpful for us to know any critical priorities of clients so we can be sure to give those areas extra attention. It's also helpful for us to get a feel for the client's home (entry preference, any pets, etc.), especially if we are providing recurring services which is our specialty!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff go through initial and ongoing training exercises to make sure we are providing a thorough cleaning to your home. If a client is ever not satisfied with their cleaning, they can contact our office and we will send a team back out to correct any overlooked areas.
