- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and based on the size of the space, the scope of work, and the level of detail required. We offer special discounts for first-time customers, recurring bookings, and referrals. Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning or extra services, such as pet-related cleanups or junk removal, which will be clearly communicated upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs, preferences, and priorities. We then provide a detailed estimate based on the project scope. Once approved, we schedule the cleaning at the customer’s convenience, ensuring clear communication throughout. After the cleaning, we follow up to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owners hold bachelor's degrees; one graduated from NCCU and the other from UNCC.
