- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because staging is specific to a given home and situation, we don't offer "standard" pricing. We do, however, offer three to four staging options that take into account a client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I may visit a home in person and have potential clients walk me through their home or I may look at photos online if the home is currently listed or was previously listed for sale.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I hold a Staging, Organizing and Redesign (SOAR) certification, I take refresher design courses annually to stay up with currently trends. I also attend various home shows throughout the year, and take twice yearly trips to High Point (NC) Market to see the latest furniture, furnishings and decor items. Additionally, I serve on the Home Builder Association's Triangle Sales and Marketing Committee, so I keep up with the latest trends from the builders' perspective.
