- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$85/Hr with a two hour minimum, quarter hour increments -Cash (I carry change) -Check ($25 fee for returned checks) -Credit Card (service fee to cover cost, AmEx not accepted)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone call to discuss needs 2. Follow up communication which may include: -requests for photos and measurements -consultation about what appliances or hardware may be recommended -travel to property and/or creation of a written estimate ($50), fee waived upon hiring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional experience of 2+ years College classes in a variety of residential construction categories, including plumbing, electrical, wood working and framing.
