- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Despite the set hourly rates, I am always ready to give the customer an opportunity to save money and offer a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To better understand the problem, I ask the customer to take photos and describe the issue they are experiencing, if possible. This helps me prepare the necessary tools and materials to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. If the task is complex, an inspection is required. It doesn't matter whether the customer is new or returning. I always strive to be friendly and perform my work to the highest standard.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
If you want something done well, do it yourself! And if you have all the necessary tools, you can solve almost any problem on your own. That's how I got into this business. And I enjoy it!
