FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interactions with new customers are straightforward. We gather basic information, estimate the job, and then work on it while keeping the customer informed at each project stage. "Guesswork" is not acceptable in our book!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise the client to define their objectives and then ask their contractor how they could proceed with the job. For example, most home improvement contractors do not care to spend the time getting to know their customers, so basic mistakes are made on a regular basis. At Gogos Construction LLC, we prioritize listening to our clients and keeping them informed at every stage of their project.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The consumer should have the following questions prepared for all contractors: 1) Do you have a license? (Depending on where you reside) 2) Do you have insurance or are you bonded? (General liability, for example.) 3) References from past clients with whom you can speak or witness the job in person 4) Check with the Better Business Bureau in your area. Occasionally, the contractor will receive complaints or compliments. READ THE COMPLAINTS!!!! 5) Inquire about previous job budgets: were they fulfilled or exceeded? Why?
