The technician came on time got our TV mounted very quickly. He informed us about where the tv would fit and made sure that we were happy with where the TV was mounted. He also made sure that the TV in spot where we would not have to change or adjust. He educated us on how the TV mount works in case we needed to adjust it in the future.
